What is the meaning of your name?
"A gift from God" is what my name, Jane, means in Hebrew. My parents gave me this name because it was my grandmother's name. There is a Jane in every generation of our family tree. Plus, they actually liked the name.
If you could spend one day in a great library studying anything you wanted, what would you study and why?
My favorite subject is English! In fact, my favorite book is Jane Eyre. I would spend my time studying the works of great writers and their motivation for writing what they wrote. I would also like to discover what makes great literature-GREAT!
What do you think is your greatest strength?
I believe my greatest strengths are that I have fortitude and perseverance! I know that I can achieve
anything!
What do you think is your greatest weakness?
I have the messiest room in the world! This weakness translates to late assignments because I can't find them in my room or folders.
What is your one achievement that you are most proud of?
I am most proud of my voluntary work for a variety of charity organizations.
Who is your role model?
My mentors are my parents and family. I have learned the most important aspects of my values from them.
If you had to describe yourself as a cartoon character, which one would it be?
If I had to describe myself as a cartoon character it would probably Lucy from peanuts. I try to be honest, but sometimes it comes off bratty!
What is your greatest passion?
My greatest passion would be that I love my life and have a deep faith in God.
Name three things that you would like to achieve within the next decade.
In that next decade, I would love to finish my higher education, have a better job, and become a mother.
What is the motto that you live your life by?
"Go out into the world and do well; but also go out into the world and do good!"-Minor Myers
It great to be at the top of one's professional field, but if I don't think it is right not to be a productive member of society.
What do you believe is more important-education or experience? Why?
I think that my education is most important. It has prepared me for many difficulties. I don't think I would have good experiences without an education.
What type of art appeals to you most?
I love classic pieces. I am a Romantic at heart.
Which of your dreams have come true so far?
My dreaming of being accepted to Harvard finally came true!

I think that it takes determination, dedication and hard work to be the best in any profession.
If you could spend an hour with any person who ever lived, who would that be? Why that person? What would you ask?
If I could spend an hour with any person who ever lived it would be George Washington. I am curious if he realized the enormity of what he was about to undertake when he became the first president of the United States. I would ask him if he took a long time to consider whether or not to accept being president. I would ask him what he found to be the easiest and hardest part of the job. I would ask him what he thinks about the direction our country is currently taking.
Think of something that represents you...a rose, a song, an animal...What is it and why does it represents you?
I would be the scales of justice as my symbol. I am a fair person who carefully considers the consequences of my actions. I am also interested in one day becoming a lawyer.
